[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide corporate purchasing card services that approximately 7000 - 8000 cards will be issued state-wide, procedure for enrolling entities in the program, including the required account setup, master file contents, authorizations, applications, forms and signature and specific time frames for providing cards to eligible employees once an entity takes the necessary enrollment steps, procedure for issuing new purchase cards (not replacements) to employees or entities already enrolled in the program, including all required account setup information, master file contents, authorizations, applications, forms and signatures, an internet-based solution with real-time card management capabilities, available 24 hours a day, seven days a week to the government authority located in Annapolis, MD.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on October 31, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
