[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide bell schedule and school bus transportation consultant services for corner-to-corner transportation, consultant must be able to perform an analysis of current bell schedules and/or corner-to-corner transportation against today’s industry standards along with city schools’ operational goals, consultant must be able to analyze both internal and external constraints to accomplishing best practices and operational goals and determine and propose key recommendations to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on October 18, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted in written no later than October 19, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
