[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide resource liaison consultant services to review internal and external communications pertaining to discretionary fund issues and make appropriate changes monthly or as needed, prior to dissemination, create fiscal spreadsheets/reports at the request of the assistant state superintendent to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
