[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consultant services for matters related to the investigation, collect relevant data through record reviews, site visit interviews, and other activities needed to resolve each state complaint allegation investigated, assist with the development of written letters of findings and other correspondence regarding procedural and implementation requirements of public agencies that accurately reflects information and determinations regarding compliance with special education requirements, within the timelines established by the law, maintain a monthly work log of activities to be attached to monthly expense reports to the government authority located Baltimore, MD.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 12, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
