[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud marketing and public relations services.
- Marketing Services include Brand development and management, marketing, media planning and buying services, social media strategy, implementation and management, graphic and web design and development and market research.
- Public Relations Services for community outreach and public relations, coordination of communications activities and communications strategy assessments.
- Market research is a critical component in guiding state 529’s advertising and communications to new prospects and existing account holders, recommend and manage various projects, including working with vendors to provide insight and analysis into research findings and reporting, scheduling, coordinating meetings and presentations, conduct a market study and other formal market research to provide insight and analysis into new prospects and current account holders’ behaviours as requested by state 529.
- Branding and Advertising for radio, television, print/outdoor, digital media advertising includes: banner ads, text ads, search advertising, social media advertising, mobile ads, HTML emails and web videos, state 529 has implemented a geo-targeted search term campaign, Facebook advertising campaign, web banner ad campaign and video ads.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 16, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 30, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
