Vendor needs to provide strategic development services to develop a strategic priorities paper may include among other priorities accelerate the move toward greater transparency in the health care system, build momentum for certificate of need modernization and reform, expand health information technology to support new models of care delivery, using health information to raise awareness on social determinants and population health, focus efforts for delivery system reform on specialists and post-acute providers and launch new efforts to reduce health disparities among minorities and rural populations, develop a draft of the strategic directions paper, complete final strategic directions report and develop outlines for at key strategic initiatives.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
