[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cost estimating services include building lobby with service windows and information counter, city council chambers with private conference room, state of the art audio-visual equipment, cable television recording studio, dais for nine members, staff area and public seating, city department offices, public meeting and conference rooms, storage and shower facilities to the government authority located College Park, MD.
(2) All question must be submitted in written no later than October 12, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
