[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide procure online instructors to teach online professional learning courses for the web-delivered PL courses, monitoring and reporting participants’ performance, communicating regularly with participants and online PL specialist, facilitators can work any time of day or night and any place they can access the Internet, does not provide computers or Internet access to facilitators for home use, Access from home requires a multimedia computer with a reliable broadband Internet connection, webcam is recommended for virtual sessions, The student-to-teacher ratio generally will not exceed, works to keep class sizes reasonably small, instructors shall communicate with staff and participate in faculty activities when applicable, for course facilitation based on the number of students enrolled in the course, payment for course facilitation based on the number of students enrolled in the course, includes service-learning instruction, experience teaching face-to-face PreK-12 professional development courses and workshops, experience in using a learning management system training in teaching online, such as the three-credit online teaching, evidence of at least four semesters of exemplary experience in online course facilitation and the ability to model exemplary online facilitation strategies and procedures to the authority government located in Baltimore, MD.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 11, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
