[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide cost and performance portal to quickly access important information regarding the status of programs, as well as providing cost and performance information used in Army analysis and decision making.
- The CPP reduces the time needed to prepare briefing materials and enables senior leaders to quickly analyze army program performance from their computer workstations.
- The CPP uses government owned and operated commercial, off-the-shelf (COTS) oracle corporation software to digitally display and analyze performance measures, create tailored views of performance information using dashboards, automate and improve business processes, and provide senior leaders an on-line capability to interact with analysts to request, view analysis and variance data (spreadsheets, documents, presentations, reports) for a variety of army initiatives.
- The cots software utilized by CPP is the oracle business intelligence enterprise edition, WebCenter portal, WebLogic server enterprise edition, oracle database enterprise edition, oracle partitioning, and other required supporting oracle integration tools.
(2) Contract term will be one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
