[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide digital advertising and marketing campaigns agency services to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
- Describe the depth and breadth of digital tactics that the firm may recommend to micro-target the audiences in development of digital campaigns for the college, specifically discussing search, display, and social media tactics.
- Managing digital campaigns through its various phases from identifying markets, to designing digital campaigns, to monitoring the campaigns, to evaluating success of the campaigns, and finally reporting results of campaigns by providing a sample campaign for a current academic program offered by the college.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than December 17, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
