[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide psychological services for special education services and the provision of related services for psychological services as indicated on student individual education program to the government authority located Baltimore, MD.
- Administers psychological and educational tests and interprets assessment results
- Develop type written computer reports in accordance with established criteria on students referred by
the IEP team
- Provide related services for therapy and counseling as outlined in student IEPs and provide make-up
sessions as needed
- Prepare and submit related service logs on student serviced
- Prepare and submit counseling related service logs in accordance with the established criteria for each contact made
- Prepare and submit daily timesheets listing the time and service provided for students serviced on any given day
(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 26, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
