(1) Vendor needs to provide writing services for a highly qualified technical writer to the government authority located in Maryland.
- Prepare and edit solicitations gathering requirements that meet state standards using existing templates.
- The ability to clearly and logically explain highly technical IT-speak into plain English for users, as well as, the ability to take plain English and convert to highly technical IT requirements is critical.
- Small, Minority and Veteran-owned businesses are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
