[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide non-public tuition assistance program consultant services which includes the application process, data system, and program cost setting for the local school systems and the non-public special education schools to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
- Perform in-depth review and analysis of proposed budgets submitted by in-state and out-of-state non-public special education providers.
- Provide technical assistance to local school systems, State agencies and special education non-public schools.
- Provide technical assistance and oversight of public, private partnerships developed between local school systems and non-public special education schools.
- Analyze cost patterns, placement patterns and needs of students in non-public placements (in state and out-of-state) aligned with requests for information from the department of budget and management, the department of legislative services and the office of legislative audits
- Small, Minority and Veteran-owned businesses are encouraged to respond to this solicitation.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 30, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
