[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide non-public tuition assistance program consultant services to find a part-time consultant who can assist the non-public tuition assistance program’s collaborative efforts with state agencies, local school systems, non-public schools, and local interagency committees. This consultant must meet all of the Requirements and be able to work up to 350 hours during the term of this yearly contract to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
Nature of Work;
1. Perform in-depth review and analysis of proposed budgets submitted by in-state and out-of-state non-public special education providers.
2. Provide technical assistance to local school systems, state agencies and special education non-public schools.
3. Provide technical assistance and oversight of public or private partnerships developed between local school systems and non-public special education schools.
4. Analyze cost patterns, placement patterns and needs of students in non-public placements (in state and out-of-state) aligned with requests for information from the department of budget and management, the department of legislative services and the office of legislative audits.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 30, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
