Government Authority Located in Maryland; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for flexible spending account administration services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide flexible spending account administration services for county government’s flexible spending account program.
- Work with a Contractor who shall provide timely, responsive customer service to participants and staff responsible for plan administration.
- Provide benefits responsive to employee's needs.
- Educate eligible employees on the benefits of participation in the FSA Program.
- Manage taxpayer dollars responsibly.
- Administer both health care and dependent care spending accounts, maintaining accurate participant information including, but not limited to, social security numbers or other identifying numbers, address, enrollment dates, and election amounts, ensuring all information is maintained and protected.
- Process claims simultaneously for different plan years. All reporting shall be broken out by each plan year.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 27, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
