[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide special education data collections specialist services
- Develop, review, analyze, and implement quality assurance standards and editing procedures to enhance quality assurance, timely processing of data included in the Special Services Information System integration, Online IEP (MDIEP.org) and other data collection applications,
- Prepare technical specifications for special services data collection systems,
- Identify problems, analyze data and develop reports by writing SAS program code,
- Participate in the management of changes to the applications based on system users’ input who identify requirements related to application deficiencies or enhancements,
- Create, review and update application documentation including the Online SSIS Manual
of Instruction,
- Develop and modify data processing policies, procedures and standard,
- Develop and review report procedures to ensure accurate and timely delivery of to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
(2) All questions must eb submitted no later than November 5, 2018.
(3) A contract term will eb for one year.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
