Government Authority located in Annapolis, Maryland; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for JD Edwards EnterpriseOne, CNC administrator and EnterpriseOne developer service.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (EO) as its ERP system (financials, procurement, budget, and fixed assets), and is seeking contractual resources to augment in-house technical support and operations staff to the government authority located in Annapolis, MD.
- Design, development, testing, and support of EO custom objects (i.e., reports, applications, business functions, etc.) as a result of an upgrade, error reported by users, or request from user community.
- System monitoring to ensure that all EnterpriseOne services are available
- Architecture Design
- Support and troubleshooting of all environments and path codes, and Server Manager
- JDE Security design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting
- Menu and Task View and E1Page design, configuration, testing, promotion to production, and troubleshooting
- Facilitate migrating and configuring EnterpriseOne and its associated architecture to the cloud
- Download and application of all current ESUs (including baseline ESUs and system code specific ESUs to date, plus all related special instructions)
- Provide application support to users and administrators for the following EO modules: financials, procurement, budget, and fixed assets
- Interface support to include troubleshooting existing interfaces, as well as provide guidance, direction, and data mapping for implementing new interfaces
- Change management, to include obtaining requirements from users for object modifications or creation, defining scope of change, testing changes from development to implementation into production, and recommending security methods for new objects
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 26, 2018.
(3) A pre-proposal conference will be held on November 13, 2018.
