[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide online trade web application development service for require users to login so that provide for web measurement and customization technologies spanning over multiple sessions.
- The web application must be able to store a minimum of 500 GB of data.
- Web application allows data users to manipulate data with the functionality to sort, download, save defined and customized searches within the tool, visualize, calculate, etc.
- Multiple levels of metadata tagging on a single table. Tagging must allow for unlimited footnotes at the title, dimension, and member.
- Users to customize reports by ranking, sorting, highlighting, and filtering data by value and percentage of total value.
- Users to perform basic calculations on the data in the tables – totals, percentages, scale, and maximum.
- Users to download data in popular data format such as extensible mark-up language (XML) and comma-separated values (CSV). Downloaded files must include all metadata at the title, dimension, member, and cell level.
- Support of Microsoft OLAP cubes or some comparable data organization technology.
- The technical specifications for the web software including hardware requirements, operating systems, firewall rules, network configurations, security protocols, and any staging and production environment requirements.
(2) This bid is set aside for total small business.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 24, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
