[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide consultant services for infants and toddlers up to the age of three years (confirmed by an audiologist) immediate access to hearing aids whose family may have financial difficulty purchasing hearing devices to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
- Processing requests for hearing aids, monitoring loaned hearing aids, and maintaining an
adequate inventory of aids to meet the needs of infants, toddlers, and school age children
up to age 18, who have a diagnosed hearing loss.
- Communicating with other audiologists and families as needed to ensure that eligible
children receive appropriate hearing aids.
- Collaborating with the resource specialist, low incidence disabilities, to develop and
implement outreach and public awareness activities to inform parents of children with
hearing loss, audiologists, infant and toddler service providers and school age educators.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2018.
(3) A contract term will be for one year.

Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
