[A] Budget: Looking For Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial cleaning services to the government authority located in Salisbury, MD.
The following cleaning tasks are to be done at all buildings on a Daily basis:
- Empty all wastebaskets and trashcans and transport to specified area for removal.
- Remove all finger and hand marks and smudges from doors, doorjambs and light switches.
- Spot clean all glass doors.
- Clean interior and exterior elevator doors and handrails.
- Vacuum all carpeted floors including conference rooms and break rooms kitchenettes.
- Dry mop all hard and resilient floors including stairs, conference rooms and break rooms kitchenettes.
- Clean and disinfect all drinking fountains.
- Clean all Restrooms
The following cleaning tasks are to be done at all buildings on a Weekly basis:
- Sweep and damp mop all stairways, landings, lobby floors, tile floors and restroom floors.
- Vacuum clean all carpeted floors to edges and corners.
- Damp wipe all metal radiators in offices and corridors.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2018.
(3) A pre-bid conference will be held on October 30, 2018.
