[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide fee accounting and consulting services to the government authority located in Columbia, MD.
- Prepare journal entries as required
- Prepare such fiscal reports and balance sheets on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis as shall be required by federal or state statues or regulation, or as requested by the commission
- Provide internal auditing services as may be requested by the commission
- Review bank statements and perform reconciliation
- Consolidate monthly financial statements
- Income and expense and balance sheet into one statement for management and the commission board
- Review and assist in the preparation of program and property operating budget and revision
- Prepare year ended financial statement for submission of HUD and other responsible parties
- Prepare the commission financial statement for the annual audit
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 23, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be for three years.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
