[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide student photography services for educational organization to qualified support personnel to organize and maintain the picture-taking process and collection of monies, refunds or retakes the picture if necessary at the option of the student or parents, to charge, fee for retaking photographs regardless of the reason for the retake, use the student photographed during the initial and retake sessions and deliver to the school the individual photo packages labeled with the student names.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on October 23, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Onsite Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
