[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide website redesign service using Drupal Content management system that must be compatible with mobile devices and browsers such as available in Windows, MacIntosh, Unix, and Linux, including text-based browsers.
- Be search engine optimized.
- Utilize a dynamic design, with interactive and engaging content, social media integration, and “call to action” features.
(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 25, 2018.
(3) A pre-bid meeting will be held on October 23, 2018.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
