[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide scheduling software for integrate primarily with the existing personnel system workday timekeeping system, efficiently capture time and absence for employees, eliminate the manual process of timekeepers performing time entry, schedule the workforce efficiently and thus reduce overtime, staff profiles that indicate staff availability and staff patterns, various modes of individual and team communication that include text messaging, email internal messaging, voice calling and message board, easily customizable by the system administrator, compatible with third party reporting software, ability to create custom report templates, allow the software administrator to establish an independent staffing baseline for each ward, cloud based solution accessible via chrome, internet explorer and Firefox and support multiple schedules for multiple
departments, shifts and global staffing.
(2) Contract period will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
