[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide data acquisition system for consist of standalone controllers that communicate on a high-speed peer-to-peer network and can be access via a web based administrator and operator interface, network and point in a hierarchal tree from the data acquisition server down to the individual meter using a point-and-click graphic, network interface card and shall gather data from the meters over the peer-to-peer network, able to perform all normal operator functions through the web browser interface to the data acquisition servers and riser diagrams showing control network layout, communication protocol, addressing, device instances and wire types.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 12, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than October 24, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
