[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide merchant and financial processing services for process merchant card payments, to include credit cards, PIN-based debit, signature debit and electronic checks, Highly secure processing environment to protect cardholder information, ensure secure, timely and reliable authorization of credit or debit transactions and expedient collection of revenue and improve revenue collection, reduce overall fees, and increase efficiencies in the reconciliation process to the government authority located in Annapolis, MD.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on October 19, 2018.
(3) All questions must be submitted in writing no later than November 5, 2018.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
