[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Computerized Maintenance Management System to accurate data to support proactive, data-driven decisions to meet the maintenance needs to
- Asset Management: The proposed software solution shall have the following asset management process and capabilities:
- Track equipment inventory, including mechanical, electrical, and plumbing assets, as well as other asset types.
- Attach work orders to equipment inventory.
- Categorize assets by Uniformat II, Level 4.
- Establish parent-child relationships.
- Track assets by different parameters, such as: location, status, install dates and/or warranty date.
- Retire equipment records once a piece of equipment has been removed from site without deleting the record from the CMMS.
- Attach documentation to inventory (i.e. MSDS, drawings, photos, warranty records, etc).
- Personal and vehicle-assigned equipment/tools tracking.
- Preventive Maintenance and Scheduling
- Work Order Management
- Labor and Material Tracking
- System Administration
- Integrate with the existing software.
- Web Portal (HTML) end user client preferred JAVA clients strongly discouraged.
- Offside Cloud platform, hosted on AWS or similar service
(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 4, 2018.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
