[B] Scope of Service:
Vendor needs to provide research and development of satellite and ground tracking station services to develop space systems, spacecraft payloads, tactical communications, and aerospace systems, and to actively pursue emerging technologies in an effort to advance space, tactical, and aerospace system development, monitors and analyses prelaunch and post-launch engineering data for management of the spacecraft systems health in order to provide the capability to perform spacecraft engineering analysis and anomaly resolution to the government authority located in Welcome, MD.
- Provides engineering services during satellite and ground command and control functions, spacecraft and ground integration and testing support, spacecraft development and testing support, on-orbit spacecraft checkout, testing and calibration, software and hardware support, operations support, building and facilities management and maintenance, budget tracking of some of these activities, and implementation and administration of safety procedures.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
