[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide Qlik business intelligence development services to include an enterprise Business Intelligence framework that supports national, area and facility level reporting, empowering our end users by developing self-service reporting solutions that include, development and implementation of executive/summary, operational and analytic dashboards that incorporate user friendly, ad-hoc reporting solutions that support various agency clinical programs throughout the agency to the government authority located in Rockville, MD.
- Develop BI solutions leveraging data from a myriad of sources, develop guided and predictive analytic solutions that support data reporting, mining, trending, develop BI/reporting solutions that support data mining, predictive analysis of current and historical data to make predictions about future risks and opportunities and track key performance indicators, develop data discovery solutions that include ad-hoc reporting, simple and advanced graphical representations of data via simple user interfaces and support delivery of solutions that promote data analysis in real or near real-time, ability to support/inject data governance practices and procedures aligned with agency frameworks, ability to leverage an agile or hybrid software development lifecycle, ability to inject business rules or customize code to support dashboard delivery.
(2) This bid is set aside for Indian small business economic enterprises.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
