Vendor needs to provide army data, architecture, content and knowledge management solutions shall include the processes for data collection, data reduction, data analysis, data visualization, data reporting, and data archival, establish a command data framework, enable the development of processes and systems to achieve the command data framework, increase data discoverability and re-use, ensure information assurance, authentication and authorization, leverage systems across organizations thereby streamlining investments and reducing duplicative systems, improve organizational processes/systems for the collection, reduction, analysis, reporting, and archival of T&E mission information, and reduce information technology costs.
