[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide IT research and advisory service in areas including, but not limited to: information technology, including benchmarking and diagnostics; process and governance in areas of applications, infrastructure, strategy, leadership; policy and business planning tools and templates; software reviews, sample job descriptions, and online training programs in IT disciplines. - Research and analysis are focused not just at the executive C-level, but also at the middle management and operational level, covering best practice and actionable, executable solutions.
- Online IT research and analysis and insight, as well as consulting (via phone, web, person, etc.) services in areas of it benchmarking and diagnostics, applications (software), predictive technology insights, infrastructure, information assurance and cyber security, strategy and leadership, network operations. Additional content should include access to online it-based training, templates, virtual roundtables and sample job descriptions to the government authority located in Fort Meade, MD.
- Analysis and research briefs in the following areas of systematic IT improvement program, contract reviews, quarterly research calls, IT strategy tools and diagnostic reports, service delivery and management and unlimited advisory support.
