[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide small area plan consultant services to secure professional design and planning services to develop a small area plan and design guidelines with a focus on supporting street, historic neighbourhoods, commercial revitalization, recreation opportunities and heritage resources to the government authority located in Columbia, MD.
- The small area plan will help define a vision for main street identify goals and objectives to achieve the vision, propose land use and zoning changes and include implementation strategies to guide future investment and policy decisions.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2018.
(3) A pre-submittal conference will be held on September 13, 2018.
