[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide counseling service to students enrolled in juvenile services education program sites includes
- Provide related services for counseling as outlined and provide make-up sessions as needed
- Prepare and submit written monthly progress reports and related service logs on student’s serviced
- Indirect services, i.e. consultations with teachers, parents, medical personnel, etc.
- Attendance at meetings in person or by phone
- Participation in mediation and due process hearings
- Prepare and submit counseling related service logs in accordance with the established criteria for each contact made
- Prepare and submit daily timesheets listing the time and service provided for students serviced on any given day
- Assume responsibility for travel to the assigned facility or agreed upon service location
- Communicating with families and guardians
- Using and completing appropriate forms only, such as individual education programs, caseload logs, workload study forms, progress reports and related service logs
- Planning school counseling lessons to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be one year.
