[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide scheduling software to integrate primarily with the existing state-wide personnel system workday timekeeping system.
- To schedule agency personnel in a manner that helps the facility to reduce overtime expenditure and provide a fair opportunity to all eligible employees to accept overtime schedules
- Efficiently capture time and absence for employees
- Eliminate the manual process of timekeepers performing time entry
- Schedule the workforce efficiently and thus reduce overtime and
- Provide a fair opportunity to all eligible employees for overtime
- Accessible Via Smart Phones (iOS and Android).
(2) Contract term will be one year.

[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
