Government Authority located in Maryland; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for excess workers compensation and employer liability insurance services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide excess workers compensation and employer liability insurance services must coordinate with the third-party administrator for notice of claim to the excess insurer to assist county in fulfilling policyholder obligations required by the insurer.
- Paid, reserve and total incurred amounts
- Amount of retention applicable
- Claimant information
- Location information
- Cause of accident or loss
- Periodically survey other available insurers for renewal coverage at the discretion of county.
- Monitor financial ratings of the excess insurer and notify county of any changes, which may have adverse implications.
- The insurer shall provide training and other resources designed to help prevent workplace injuries as deemed appropriate by county.
(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 7, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be one year.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
