[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide GPS vehicle monitoring pilot program services including
- Install Vehicle Tracking System devices in 32 vehicles
- The devices must be hard-wired to ensure a tamper-proof environment, protection of data, and easy integration with other systems
- Provide thorough training and support to a selected number of six system operators upon completion of installation of the system
- Provide back up and data restoration solutions to support business continuity
- Provide de-installation of tracking devices in the event that a vehicle is marked for disposal at expense.
- Provide active tracking and monitoring of vehicles 24 hours seven days a week
- Replace, maintain, and upgrade the tracking device at stipulated times to ensure functionality at all times
- Provide tracking devices, which use GPS technology for locating vehicles, etc.to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on September 11, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
