[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic planning services will manage the assessment process, review of existing vision, mission, values, master plans, maps, reports, facilities, programs, operations and administration, and funding, with staff and project leadership team, community and stakeholder engagement and information gathering meetings and workshops, key stakeholder and staff interviews, statistically valid survey of users and non-users, complete with all raw data and data mining
tool for further/ongoing analysis, web-based and geo coding surveying, inventory and analysis of assets and programs, review of current maintenance and operations, public relations/outreach/marketing plan and creation and presentation of draft report to staff and project leadership team.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 19, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
