(1) Vendor needs to provide performance writing objectives to course curriculum and instruction for 15 managers per class focusing on how to properly rate employee performance and write an effective narrative and describe how to rate the performance objectives fairly at the end of the employees rating cycle, instruction will explain how to set performance expectations to help translate generic level standards in the elements into meaningful expectations for different jobs and individual employees, supervisors need to learn how to align employee performance plans with agency goals and how to assist employees on achieving measurable results to the government authority located Indian Head, MD.
