Vendor needs to provide extramural research communications and outreach support services relied upon on an on-going and as needed basis by providing a wide range of communications and outreach support services at various levels.
- The research institutes on the development and management of extramural grant, cooperative agreement and contract research and training programs,
- Provides ongoing analysis of the biomedical research workforce and evaluation,
- Implementation, promulgation, management of policies and operations related to extramural research programs, provides leadership and expertise in science and special program management, including program and policy development, interpretation, coordination, oversight, evaluation, training and outreach for the extramural research community.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
