[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide IT service management solution gather information in order to determine what solutions are available to the college and requesting information as to system functionality, features and implementation approaches to manage approximately 5,000 client devices college-wide.
- The system would interface with system center configuration manager for all client-based hardware and software assets
- store and maintain configuration items for all other technology assets
- Configuration, set-up and conversion migration of data
- system would reference the appropriate database for incidents, problems, changes and service requests
(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 7, 2018.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location
