(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisory consultant services to superior investment consulting and performance measurement services to the Plans, advice and technical support related to the management of a well-diversified billion-dollar investment portfolio through the use of current
analytical techniques, concepts, and professional services
- Investment Manager Searches, Identify and recommend new investment opportunities, liquidation or restructuring of existing investments, and allocations to new or existing managers to the government authority located in Columbia, MD.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 22, 2018.
(3) A contract period will be for one year.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
