Government Authority located in Maryland; USA based organization looking for expert vendor for Commercial Real Estate Brokerage and Marketing Services.
[A] Budget: Looking for Proposals
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial real estate brokerage and marketing services to marketing the current vacant spaces, preparing market analysis, redevelopment strategy, monthly reports on the leasing activities, preparing a comprehensive marketing strategy plan includes development and execution of industry standard marketing and advertising plan and other forms of advertising that is normally associated with successful real estate rentals.
- Organizing, scheduling and conducting site tours of the property to potential tenants.
(2) A not mandatory but encouraged to attend Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on August 8, 2018.
(3) A contract period will be for three years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
