[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide commercial appraisal services for commercial real estate loans, description of the appraisal process, subject, and market data and valuation analyses, analysis of the highest and best use of the land as if vacant and of the property as improved, develop a discounted cash flow analysis as part of the income approach and ensure that market information is cited to support all capitalization rates and discount rates, market analysis to support the estimates of income, expenses and vacancy rates and coordinate with and notify the contract monitor and development team member reporting to the owner of the property to the government authority located in Lanham, MD.
(2) A pre-bid conference will be held on July 19, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be two years.
[C] Eligibility:
- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
