(1) Vendor needs to provide business process reengineering and policy development for materiel management and ground transportation services and planning, reviewing, analyzing, developing and delivering a wide spectrum of life cycle policy, training, and business process reengineering using legacy and future AF logistics information technology systems to the government authority located in Joint Base Andrews, MD.
