[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide water utility billing software including maintaining accounts, billing and collection, integrate to meter reading system both manual and automated, service order processing, integrate to a POS system and customer web portal access, must lead the installation of the new software and the conversion of current utility billing data to the new utility billing software database.
(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 13, 2018.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
