[A] Budget: Looking for proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide helpdesk ticketing software tool for tracking helpdesk tickets for information technology and project management, track incidents services request, change request and project request submission through resolution and closure, user friendly, browser based or mobile app interfaces for IT staff when on the road or working from home, key off of multiple fields to pull up end user information, email service request status to users from within the system, support differing business and routing rules for after hours support, automatically generate a unique case number to each request and access and customize queues for IT staff in multiple ways.
(2) A pre-bid meeting will be held on July 12, 2018.
(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 19, 2018.

Onshore (USA Only)
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office premises.
