[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide auctioneering and asset disposition services for market the sale of properties, utilizing a marketing strategy, photographing the property for use in advertising, advertising the property and auction information on the auctioneer internet website as well as in newspaper or other media outlets, maintain a website that advertises the details of upcoming auctions, target print advertising to the most effective regional markets, maintain a prospective bidder database for email marketing, unlock properties for auction just prior to the event and re-secure the property after the auction and review the contractor proposed marketing plan and provide approval where appropriate to the government authority located in Lanham, MD.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on June 19, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be held on five years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
