[A] Budget: Looking for Proposal
[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive assessment program administration, scoring and reporting software for ensure the validity of online assessments as reliable measures of student learning, flexible to prepare the annual technical report based on feedback, develop and maintain a general framework for the approach which will be taken to create the project schedule, historic data for previous content administrations for student, school, district and state reports and files securely transferred and stored, electronically, all documentation that outlines layouts for files including item statistics, master file, pre-id and accommodations file layouts, school or district score data and import and contain the item stimulus material, source and intellectual property.
(2) A pre-proposal conference will be held on June 22, 2018.
(3) Contract period will be five years.

- Onshore (USA Only);
[D] Work Performance:
Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
