(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud base public relations software to clipping service, distribution of press releases, facilitate campaign development, reporter and social media influencer database, national, state and local media outlet database, key word search capability, report development capability and analytics, access to up to date media contacts, outlets, editorial opportunities and contacts most recent article, searchable access to blogs, bloggers, published articles, ability to track reader interaction, report development, ability to discern prominence and tone by custom categories such as spokesperson, brand, program, ability to distribute and monitor press releases and ability to develop custom reports.
(2) Contract term will be one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
