[B] Scope of Service:
(1) Vendor needs to provide actuarial consulting services for review and evaluate actuarial analyses contained in feasibility studies and renewal applications submitted by proposed and existing providers of continuing care, actuarial balance sheet and projected cash flows and investment balances make provision for all actuarial liabilities, assumptions concerning the effects of inflation and discount rates on revenue and expenses, interest rate estimates and their effect upon reserve funds and other investment holdings to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD.
(2) Contract term will be one year.

Performance of the work will be Offsite. Vendor needs to carry work in their office location.
